The Late Risers’ Club

Hey everyone, a year ago was the LRC big 30th anniversary bash and you all remember how crazy hot it was, especially with the AC at the Baseball Tavern crapping out. So very few of us could sit long enough to enjoy Jan Crocker’s videos of the old days of Boston punk, or see Marissa’s LRC documentary, and none of us could stand the thought of DJ’ing. We’ll correct that a year later at the Alchemist Lounge, 435 South Huntington Ave. in JP starting at 10PM. Come join us for films, food, fun, music (can’t think of an F word for music) and Zac from Pabst will be providing some beverages for you. Which are now $2 instead of free, but still a bargain.

Man, what a show. Thanks to Rodger the director and Noah from the Germs
movie “What We Do is Secret” for calling so early from LA. There was the usual
embarrassment of trying to get Rodger on the air. Thankfully it fell into place,
